Fenestration Canada has announced two upcoming events focused on the commercial and manufacturing industries taking place in Surrey, British Columbia, and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The second annual Canadian Glazing Conference (CGC) will take place on April 8, 2025, at the Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection in Surrey, British Columbia.
The event is a one-day education and exhibitor tabletop showcase that includes networking opportunities and is a pivotal event for professionals in the glazing sector. Among the many areas of interest to industry, the CGC focuses on topics such as fenestration products imported to Canada and how they achieve compliance, innovations in fire resistive glass, and a look into the Canada / United States trade relationship, as well as the impacts of potentially applied import / export tariffs.
FenCon in Winnipeg
Following the CGC, FenCon takes place from April 9-10, 2025, at the Winnipeg Convention Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This event highlights the window and door manufacturing industry and aims to promote continuous improvement by sharing knowledge among professionals in the field.
FenCon will kick off with a networking mixer on April 9, 2025, providing an informal setting for industry professionals to connect and establish meaningful relationships. The next day, FenCon will host its main education and exhibition day, featuring:
- Expert-led sessions focusing on business support, manufacturing innovations, and process improvement.
- An exhibition floor showcasing the latest technologies, products, and services in the fenestration industry.
- Opportunities for professional development, including discussions tailored to the needs of the industry.
