The students may not know it, but this $22-million building is state of the art, featuring spaces filled with cutting-edge technology, flexible learning spaces and throwbacks to the building’s predecessor, a 100-year-old red brick building that has been upcycled into the new building.

MANITOBA

Game. Set. Match.

Winnipeg, Manitoba’s new LEED® Silver Certified, $20.5 million fieldhouse has added 60,000 square feet of recreational and multi-use space to the Dakota Community Centre. Construction wrapped up in September, and locals are already taking advantage of an indoor field, athletics track, three full size basketball courts, and seating for 2,000 spectators.
