The 5th Annual Retrofit Canada Conference is coming to Toronto June 9-10, 2025, at the Beanfield Center, Canada’s first LEED Silver conference centre. The event will continue to focus on industry updates, challenges, opportunities, best practices, and lessons learned across Canada’s retrofit community. The event will continue to gather over 500 attendees from government: federal, provincial, and local, multi-residential and commercial real estate developers and owners, pension funds, community housing societies, Indigenous and First Nation communities, utilities, banks, impact investors, general contractors, ESCOs, architecture and engineering firms, LC3 groups, research institutes and universities, and specialists in HVAC, passive buildings, building envelope, and smart/green buildings.
